What & Who I Coach

Specialty areas

● Leadership transitions — newly promoted, expanded scope, leading leaders for the first time.

● Leading through organizational change — restructures, reductions, mergers, technology change.

● Executive presence and communication — how a leader is read, and by whom.

● Decision-making under pressure and ambiguity.

● Team dynamics, trust, and difficult conversations.

● Identity and authenticity at work — staying yourself in rooms that were not built with you in mind.

Levels I coach

Emerging leaders and senior individual contributors · first-time and frontline managers · mid and senior managers · directors · vice presidents and executives · C-suite.

I coach across all of them. A first-time manager whose team is coming apart needs the hour as much as an executive does, and I do not treat one as the lesser engagement.

The programs I built and ran inside organizations spanned new managers through the Senior Executive Service.

Who I work with best

● Leaders in institutional transition — exiting or displaced after a reduction or restructure.

● Leaders carrying teams through change they did not choose.

● Newly promoted leaders operating above their last proven ground.

● Leaders from groups the organization was not built around — where my doctoral research sits.

High performers who are capable, respected, and quietly running out of road.

What Changes

● Clarity — you know what you actually think before the room asks you.

● Steadiness — decisions that hold when the ground moves under them.

● Presence — being read the way you intend to be read.

● Judgment — knowing when to spend your credibility and when to hold it.

● Capacity — carrying what you have been handed without becoming someone else.

● Footing — a way forward when the role changes around you.
